基于C-NCAP MPDB的某纯电平台碰撞兼容性提升Performance Improvement of Crash Compatibility for an EV Platform Based on C-NCAP MPDB

摘要(Abstract):
在车辆碰撞性能开发中,降低车辆碰撞风险和乘员损伤程度,平衡不同车辆之间的碰撞兼容性逐步成为汽车安全性开发的首要环节。以C-NCAP新型移动渐进可变形壁障(MPDB)试验测试中车辆碰撞兼容性为开发目标,以某纯电动平台车型为研究对象,满足现有安全碰撞性能基础上,通过实车试验,发现现阶段车辆兼容性性能存在的设计问题,通过分析试验结果,研究改进结构设计上的缺陷,提出结构设计改进方案,并通过CAE仿真进行了验证,最终改进方案在试验车上通过了试验验证。研究总结出现有车辆快速、低成本优化和提升碰撞兼容性性能的开发经验,为该平台后续车型兼容性性能开发提供有力参考。
