自动变速器效率提升关键技术概述Overview on the Key Technologies of Automatic Transmission Efficiency Improvement

摘要(Abstract):
高效自动变速器技术是实现整车节能环保的重要措施。主流科研机构和汽车厂商技术的研究表明,自动变速器效率的主要影响因素包括滑磨、搅油、液压动力源、冷却润滑等。针对上述主要影响因素,行业内主流的效率提升的关键技术有干油箱技术、高效液压技术、高效的离合器技术、齿轮修形技术、多挡化技术和低粘度油技术等,仿真和试验证明上述措施均对变速器效率的提升有较大贡献。
